How To Factory Reset Your Phone

Sometimes a phone can have certain issues such as dropping calls or custom buttons not lighting up or changing color. Factory Resetting your phone can sometimes fix these issues. A Factory reset will disable the network while the factory reset happens. If you have your PC Plugged into your phone, you will lose network during this time. This usually take 3 – 5 minutes to complete. Follow the below steps to complete a Factory Reset.

1. Click on “Menu” Button

3. Navigate to “Advanced Setting” and Press “Enter”

4. At the Password Screen Press the “Abc” Button until it shows “123”

1. Press “222222” for the password. Then Press “Enter”

5. Navigate to “Phone Setting” and Press “Enter”

6. Choose “Factory Reset” and Press “Enter”

7. Press “Ok” To Factory Reset your phone. This factory reset your phone automatically provision all your settings back automatically.
