Install and Configure NinjaOne for MacOS
For some macOS devices, and for full usage of the file browser, you may also need to manually grant the NinjaOne agent Full Disk Access to the computer.
You can do so from System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Privacy → Full Disk Access.
Installing the macOS Agent on a Device
For devices on macOS Catalina (10.15) and higher, macOS requests manual approval for various Security & Privacy settings before opening downloaded software for the first time. The following steps will help you install the agent with macOS's enhanced Security & Privacy settings.
The following steps are for the latest version of macOS Big Sur, so installation steps may differ depending on your version of macOS.
Click the Finder tab on the device and locate the NinjaOne agent install file.

- Control-click the file, then select Open from the drop-down.

Click the installer icon and input any necessary credentials.

- Complete the NinjaRMMAgent Setup Wizard.
